You Can Rely on Us

Part of what sets Spectra apart from the competition is our vast depth of knowledge and services. While most warehouses are strictly limited in what they can and cannot provide, Spectra has spent a long time creating offerings that every business can use and enjoy. It isn’t just about keeping your products safe and secure in a warehouse, it is about fulfilling orders and getting them to your customers with ease and accuracy. What is the difference between a typical warehouse and a fulfillment center? Quite a lot, in fact. A warehouse is a location that stores your products and items, keeping them safe and secure from the elements as well as making them easier to inventory and round up when they need to be used or shipped. A warehouse is storage space and that is vitally important for any company that has an excess of product or limited space in their headquarters. But a fulfillment center is a whole different entity, one that takes things a huge step forward. A fulfillment center fulfills the orders of customers that are placed through eCommerce stores and sites. A true fulfillment center is a third-party company that can receive the order, get it packaged and ready, and ship it out in no time at all. As you can see, a fulfillment center is different from a warehouse but also has some similarities too. Obviously, both a warehouse and fulfillment center store and hold items but with a fulfillment center, you can also count on them to send the products directly out from that location too. Spectra goes even further. We offer inventory management, fulfillment kitting services, pick and pack fulfillment, printing and fulfillment services, and, of course, eCommerce order fulfillment. Our team of technology experts can also grant you successful marketing through the use of printed and promotional deliverables and print and electronic items. Promotional items are also an important thing we can bring to your company. There is no better way to expand and enhance your brand than with promotional hats, shirts, USB drives, and more. With Spectra, we can create those for you and will give you items that you will be happy to share and proud to show off.

Conclusion

The world of eCommerce and business can be complicated and complex. In fact, it can sometimes feel confusing. Unfortunately, the more business you receive and the more successful you become, the more overwhelming it can become. That is why you need to rely on a true warehouse fulfillment center that goes above and beyond the competition. You need more than a place to store your products. You need a company that can help you build your business and achieve new heights and meet your goals. That is what you get with Spectra. I’m looking for a fulfillment company on the East Coast to accept a monthly container from the Port of Charleston that can store my inventory and fulfill orders. Do you have a dock for receiving pallets from a container?

    • Julie Coyle says:

We most certainly do have a dock and we receive palletized deliveries all day long. We are also located very close to the Port of Charleston and we can help you with drayage or cartage if needed.

  2. William says:

I’ve been using a warehouse to store my inventory and some of the clothing became very musty and I had to dispose of it. Is your warehouse climate controlled?

    • Julie Coyle says:

Yes, it is. Our warehouse is safe, secure, climate controlled, insured and sprinklered. We’ll be happy to help with the storage of your items. Please contact us as soon as you can.

  3. Olivia Wilson says:

I’m a small business with a few distributors and I’m looking into fulfillment services. I would like to be able for my distributors to order online, but I don’t need a fancy website with all of the bells and whistles. Is there something out there that I can use?

    • Julie Coyle says:

Absolutely, we can work with you on building a portal that will enable your distributors to place orders online. They will be able to view the products as they order them, but please note this doesn’t include any financial transactions.

  4. Charlie says:

Oh my gosh, I started this small business in my kitchen and it has completely taken off. I’m swamped with orders and I don’t have enough storage space in my garage. Can you help me and how quickly can you help?

    • Julie Coyle says:

It doesn’t take us long to get you set up with our fulfillment services. Once we receive your inventory, we can start shipping your orders in as little as 2-3 days. We don’t want you to experience a lot of down time so the sooner you contact us, the sooner we can get started.

  5. Alberto says:

If I want to offer a variety of product mixes, does your company offer this service. I don’t know what it’s called.

    • Julie Coyle says:

Yes, we offer this service. It can be referred to as custom kitting or Packed-to-Order-sets and these offer your customers the choices in set quantities, colors or product mix. By offering these services you can offer your customers a larger variety of options to buy.

  6. Thomas says:

I’m trying to think “out of the box” to increase sales and can your company handle a subscription box program.

    • Julie Coyle says:

Yes, subscription boxes are one of the most common forms of kitted merchandise. We can help you run your program more efficiently and convert one-time subscribers into subscribers who generate monthly revenue for your business.

  7. Joseph says:

How can kitting help improve sales for my business?

    • Julie Coyle says:

Instead of selling individual items, kitting allows you to bundle similar items together to create sets, offer special deals and also cross-sell.
