Walter is responsible for achieving Spectra’s growth objectives and strategizing for the future. He helps drive successful partnerships and lends his leadership experience to helping steer the technology/operational strategy of the firm.
Walter has 41 years’ of experience in the Printing, Fulfillment and Promotional industries. He has built two companies – Kohn Print Group (22 years as CEO) and Spectra (18+ years as CEO).
Amber Watts
Chief Operations Officer

Amber is responsible for overseeing Spectra’s day-to-day operations. She ensures efficient execution of business strategies by leading multiple teams to optimize processes and collaborating with the CEO to achieve organizational goals. Amber is heavily involved with client projects that include e-commerce and B2B fulfillment operations, specialized print techniques, and variable data printing programs.
With an education and years of experience creating graphic designs, Amber works with Spectra’s print production team to create award-winning deliverables, that support client brands. Amber especially enjoys combining Spectra’s high-quality digital printing techniques with unique packaging capabilities to produce unique, luxury and personal unboxing experiences.
Brandon Redding
Chief Technical Officer

As CTO, Brandon is responsible for assessing, communicating and implementing scalable technology strategies for client fulfillment and data programs. Brandon has more than 19 years of experience with Spectra as an account manager and mailing manager, as well as extensive knowledge of print production, file based processing and business development strategies.
Brandon evaluates internal and client processes to introduce new technologies and efficiencies that keep Spectra a leader in print and fulfillment.
Gary Blankenship
Fulfillment Center Manager

Gary is a logistics and fulfillment specialist with extensive experience in third-party warehousing , inventory management and end-to-end ecommerce fulfillment. With a strong background in daily operations – including receiving, pick-and-pack, order accuracy, carrier coordination and workflow optimization, Spectra can help streamline processes and ensure reliable on time delivery for clients. Known for attention to detail and a commitment to working closely with team members, carriers and clients to maintain smooth operations and high service levels. With hands-on experience in warehouse management systems (WMS), ecommerce platform integrations and fast paced distribution environments, Spectra brings consistency, accountability and real operational value to each project.
