We have worked with Spectra for a number of years and they continue to provide seamless solutions for our promotional items and branded apparel for our client, Cadence. Ordering is effortless, and our branded materials arrive promptly, when and where we need them, all over the world.

Integrating with Spectra allowed us to continue using our inventory and order management system, while growing our order volume. Now we can easily control and access orders as they are placed, fulfilled and shipped.

Over the past four years, Spectra was able to provide print and fulfillment services for Marenem’s educational clients across the USA and Canada. The deliverables they provided were always produced with a total quality management mentality. They stay engaged and focused on quality and do not miss deadlines, which is the holy grail in the educational business for educators. We are in our comfort zone with Spectra and never experience stress about our products or shipments being correct and on time. To increase sales, we approached Spectra with a request to develop materials to educate, market and advertise the “Own the Wheel Well” program in service centers. Spectra collaborated with NAPA on this project from conception to delivery. The user experience from introduction to registration of the program included videos, printed collateral, promotional items and signage that would carry the NAPA and OTWW brand to service centers. Spectra really understood the NAPA brand and became an extension of our marketing team for this project.

Over the past 10 years, Spectra was able to provide promotional products, branded apparel, print, mail and fulfillment services for Chernoff/Newman’s clients. The deliverables they provided were always explained and produced in a very professional manner day in and day out. They are laser focused on quality and deadlines, which is paramount for our business. We have not begun to tap all of Spectra’s expertise in e-commerce sites and the ability to manufacture and procure products, warehouse, and distribute to B2B and B2C customers with dashboard communications all driven from world-class technology.
